Privacy policy

A short, clear explanation of what data we collect, what we use it for and what your rights are.

1. General provisions

This privacy policy describes how personal data is collected and processed on the website purorevoliucija.lt (hereinafter – the Website).

Data controller: Purò representative office in Lithuania, Jonavos g. 254A, Kaunas 44110, Lithuania, email info@purorevoliucija.lt, phone +370 616 84388.

2. What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the following data: your first name, last name (if provided), email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message.

No additional personal data is collected automatically while browsing the Website.

3. Why we use the data

We use the contact form data solely to respond to your enquiry – regarding a demonstration, cooperation or additional information about PURÒ™.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, expressed by submitting the enquiry.

We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes and do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep enquiry data for no longer than 12 months from the date of the enquiry, unless further cooperation follows – in which case the data is kept for as long as necessary to perform the contractual relationship.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The Website uses only essential technical entries in the browser: "puro-intro" (remembers that the intro animation has already been shown – deleted when the browser is closed) and "puro-cookies" (remembers your cookie choice).

If you select "Accept" in the cookie banner, Google Tag Manager (GTM-T2VFSB3L) is loaded – it runs the visitor statistics and marketing tools, which use their own cookies. If you choose "Essential only", or until you have made a choice, no requests are made to Google servers at all.

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Clearing this website’s data also withdraws any consent you gave earlier – the banner will appear again.

6. Who we may share data with

Data may be shared only with service providers helping to ensure the operation of the Website (for example, email delivery and hosting providers), and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; request its correction or deletion; restrict its processing; object to processing; receive the data in a portable format; withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact us at info@purorevoliucija.lt. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

8. Final provisions

This privacy policy may be updated – the current version is always published on this page.
